In endurance testing, we simulated over 25 years of use – with absolutely no malfunctions. With the Thoma Lifter, you are choosing a high-quality, reliable product with exceptional durability.
Regular maintenance is essential for long-term, trouble-free operation. We offer a range of maintenance options for you to choose from. In a single-family home with an average number of trips, one maintenance visit per year is usually sufficient. This keeps your lift ready for use at low maintenance costs.
The statutory warranty period is four years, subject to a maintenance contract with the manufacturer. We offer a lifetime guarantee against rusting through on the corrosion-free shaft frame. We would be happy to discuss with you which services are appropriate and economical for you.
For customers who want absolute cost certainty, we also offer a full maintenance contract, including the fees for TÜV inspections on request.

However, if you do ever need rapid assistance, our Germany-wide service network with its 24-hour emergency call centre for Thoma lifting equipment is available 365 days a year. With a large team of experienced service technicians and well-equipped service vehicles, we can respond quickly and solve most problems at short notice. Statutory inspections & safety analyses
The use of high-quality components and good, professional maintenance are the best prerequisites for safe operation. In addition, as with motor vehicles, lifts are subject to regular technical inspections by an approved inspection body (ZÜS), with main and interim inspections alternating at least once a year.
